Orders are processed and shipped within 2-5 business days from the day of completed payment.

Please be informed that for orders exceeding 2 kg in weight, we kindly request you to reach out to us via email for a custom shipping price. This ensures accurate shipping rates tailored to your specific order. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
We use “Poczta Polska“, the state postal administration of Poland, to ship domestically and internationally with registered delivery. A tracking number is provided for all deliveries.
We use “InPost” to ship domestically to Poland ONLY from a parcel locker to another parcel locker (we do not ship to home or a business, only a parcel locker). If you choose “InPost” please include the parcel locker code and parcel locker address in your order notes.
We ship to all countries of the European Union and most of the countries in the Americas (North, South & Central), Africa, Asia, Australia, and Oceania. If your country is not listed below or it cannot be chosen during the order checkout process, please contact us at theogonia.records@gmail.com
You can track the status of a registered shipment using the Poczta Polska eMonitoring system and the tracking number provided to you. In some cases, you may also use the systems of some foreign operators.
