We use third-party applications (such as BandCamp, Discogs, etc.) to accept payments primarily through credit/debit cards and PayPal. Credit cards accepted include Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. Fans can also use PayPal, even without a PayPal account, if credit card checkout isn’t available.

Beginning 𝐀𝐮𝐠𝐮𝐬𝐭 𝟏𝟎𝐭𝐡, 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔, Theogonia Records will 𝐩𝐚𝐮𝐬𝐞 𝐚𝐥𝐥 𝐬𝐡𝐢𝐩𝐩𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐭𝐨 𝐜𝐮𝐬𝐭𝐨𝐦𝐞𝐫𝐬 𝐢𝐧 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐄𝐔 (𝐏𝐨𝐥𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐞𝐱𝐜𝐞𝐩𝐭𝐞𝐝) until further notice.

This decision is directly tied to the EU’s new 𝐏𝐚𝐜𝐤𝐚𝐠𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐏𝐚𝐜𝐤𝐚𝐠𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐖𝐚𝐬𝐭𝐞 𝐑𝐞𝐠𝐮𝐥𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 (𝐏𝐏𝐖𝐑), which introduces extensive administrative, reporting, and recycling‑fee obligations for every seller shipping goods into each of the 27 EU member states. Under the new rules, small independent businesses must register in every country they ship to, appoint authorized representatives, track and report packaging materials, and pay multiple layers of fees, with 𝐧𝐨 𝐞𝐱𝐞𝐦𝐩𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐬𝐦𝐚𝐥𝐥 𝐛𝐮𝐬𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐞𝐬.

For a label of our size, the combined cost of registrations, representatives, base fees, tax fees, and ongoing reporting obligations far exceeds our total operating budget. As a result, continuing direct retail sales to EU customers is no longer financially viable, despite being an EU‑based business ourselves.

Our physical releases will 𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐚𝐢𝐧 𝐚𝐯𝐚𝐢𝐥𝐚𝐛𝐥𝐞 through our USA and EU distribution partners, and we will continue shipping to them as normal. However, our online store will 𝐧𝐨 𝐥𝐨𝐧𝐠𝐞𝐫 𝐬𝐡𝐢𝐩 𝐝𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐥𝐲 𝐰𝐢𝐭𝐡𝐢𝐧 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐄𝐔 (𝐏𝐨𝐥𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐞𝐱𝐜𝐞𝐩𝐭𝐞𝐝).

We sincerely apologize to our EU supporters. We hope the EU Commission reconsiders this situation in their upcoming committee vote around 𝐎𝐜𝐭𝐨𝐛𝐞𝐫 𝟏𝐬𝐭, 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔. Independent labels shouldn’t be pushed out of their own home market.

Orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days from the day of completed payment.

Please be informed that for orders exceeding 2 kg in weight, we kindly request you to reach out to us via email for a custom shipping price. This ensures accurate shipping rates tailored to your specific order. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

We use “Poczta Polska“, the state postal administration of Poland, to ship domestically and internationally with registered delivery. A tracking number is provided for all deliveries.

We ship worldwide (sanctioned countries excluded). If your country is not listed below or it cannot be chosen during the order checkout process, please contact us at theogonia.records@gmail.com

You can track the status of a registered shipment using the Poczta Polska eMonitoring system and the tracking number provided to you.

Delivery times

(Please note delivery times are an estimate and may vary/change without notice.)

Poczta Polska Domestic

The expected delivery date is three business days after the day of posting (D+3), provided that the shipment is sent by 3:00 p.m.

Poczta Polska International

Zone A: Europe (including Israel)
The expected date of delivery is seven business days after the date of posting (D+7).

All other Zones (B, C & D)
The expected date of delivery is twelve business days after the date of posting (D+12).

* Parcels sent after 3:00 pm are treated as sent on the next day.
